Non-Exclusive License

This website offers a revocable non-exclusive license to digital images for both private and commercial applications. By downloading a digital image, you agree to the following licensing requirements:

A private license remains valid indefinitely as long as it’s not used for commercial purposes.

A commercial license is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once it expires, the Licensee must purchase a new license to continue creating and running advertisements using the Licensed Image.

A commercial licensee can use the Licensed Image to create advertisements that will appear in print and on digital media, including broadcast TV, cable TV, and digital streaming.

There are no size or quantity restrictions on a commercial license. The Licensee can create an unlimited number of ads and run them an unlimited number of times during the license term.

Legal Notice

All notices from FazzWorks to its LICENSEE may be posted on our website and will be considered delivered within thirty (30) days of posting. In contrast, notices from the LICENSEE to FazzWorks will be sent via email to the address provided on our website: rfossier@fazzworks.com.

Delivery to FazzWorks from the LICENSEE shall be deemed to have occurred five (5) days after the date of sending.

It is the LICENSEE’s responsibility to verify with their customs office whether the country to which they are shipping permits the shipment of their products. FazzWorks is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Taxes may be applicable to domestic orders once the shipment reaches its destination. These taxes are the responsibility of the LICENSEE.
